Meet the 2022 Workiva Customer Award Winners
Workiva solutions are used by over 5,300 organizations around the world. Customers who receive a Workiva Customer Award are honored for their stand-out achievements leveraging the Workiva platform to accelerate collaboration, transparency, and digital transformation across their organizations. These companies have chosen to modernize with Workiva as they continue to challenge the norm and push the boundaries of what is possible to create a better world for all.

Collaboration of the Year—General Electric
Jill Nardo, Senior Technical Program Manager, and Dina Musano, Executive SEC Reporting Leader, for their leadership to enable exemplary collaboration between GE's SEC team and Information Technology teams.
Rookie of the Year—8x8
Tom Rams, Senior Director SOX and Internal Audit, has embraced Workiva in 8x8's first year with the controls management and audit management solutions. He's joined Workiva’s Integrated Risk Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and has happily raised his hand to participate in future R&D discussions. In addition, he's recently been promoted to Senior Director at 8x8 in part as a result of the work he's done with Workiva.
Architect of the Year (ESG Award)—ONEOK
Megan Patterson, Director Investor Relations, helped implement the use of Workiva for ONEOK’s annual sustainability reporting process. She works with others at ONEOK to help improve the company’s long-standing sustainability reporting program and plans to incorporate Workiva as an integral part of that reporting strategy in the future.
Efficiency of the Year—USAA
Liani Castillo, Lead Business Operations Analyst, has not only been a passionate advocate for Workiva, but has served as the "gatekeeper" to all things Workiva within USAA.
Platform Customer of the Year—Regions Bank
Barbara Glenn, Senior Vice President, Financial Statement Consolidation & Analysis, Chris Lollar, Senior Vice President, Director of SEC Reporting, Michael Muller, Financial Statement Consolidation & Analysis Finance Manager, and Margaret Priester, SEC Reporting Manager, have helped Regions fully embrace the Workiva platform. They’ve taken maximum advantage of what Workiva offers by utilizing a majority of Workiva solutions. They continue to push the pace within Workiva internally by participating in feedback sessions and discovery calls. They align their success with the success of Workiva.
Transformation of the Year—KeyBank
Stacy Gilbert, Assistant Controller, and Doug Schosser, Chief Accounting Officer, for enabling KeyBank to implement a new general ledger, Workday, and optimizing data feeds into the Workiva platform to enable teams at scale, thereby transforming their finance and accounting operations.
Mentorship of the Year—AbbVie
Erich Marr, Associate Director, Global R&D Financial Reporting and Compliance, and Logan Haussman, Finance Analyst, have formed a successful partnership within AbbVie that has allowed not only their Workiva efficiencies to grow, but has also seen Logan emerge as a leader within AbbVie due to their partnership.
Excellence at Scale Award—Wendy's
Melissa Clawson, Director of Internal Audit, has continued to grow Workiva's presence within Wendy’s while advocating for Workiva to be incorporated into Wendy's ESG program.
Above and Beyond Award—FLEETCOR
Alissa Vickery, Chief Accounting Officer, SVP Accounting and Controls, has worked to optimize accounting policy and procedures, and has enabled FLEETCOR to successfully scale their business through multiple mergers and acquisitions.
Innovator of the Year—Aflac
By utilizing their integration between Snowflake and Workiva, Rene Rubio, Senior Manager Data Governance, has created innovative data flows to open up new ways of working for the 10+ teams, processes, and reports that Aflac uses the Workiva platform for.
Data Visionary of the Year—TD Bank
Charles "Chuck" Sigwart, VP, Quantitative Analytics Lead, for his ability to utilize data from Workiva, analyze it, and present it in compelling ways to the rest of TD Bank.
Leader of the Year—Alcon
Charles Silvey, Global Head of Internal Audit, has not only been a fantastic advocate for Workiva and a dedicated member of the Integrated Risk CAB, he has also never had a member of his team leave in the 10 years that he's managed it at Alcon.
Community Hero of the Year—Quest Software
Rebecca Demy, Director of Internal Audit, is a champion within the Workiva Community as well as a member of the current Workiva Advocate program. She's been a longstanding member of and a dedicated contributor to the Community.
